Racing is in my blood.
I have been racing slot cars since before I can remember. My entire life there has been a track at my house and my dad, Tom Kanan, had been racing H.O. and 1:1 cars since long before I was born. I began racing at travel races with NYCONN and the Wizzard series in the 2007-2008 season. I attended my first nationals in 2009 at nine years old and have attended nine more since! I currently am a full-time theater student and actively race as a pro in the MARC series (New England HOPRA).
